I have received a broken / defective product, how can I do it?
Laei shop checks its products one by one before departure but it is possible that with transport something could go wrong and could be damaged. In this case you will need to contact us via email or whatsapp to explain the problem.

My order is being returned to the sender. How can I do it?

What happens if there is no one at home at the delivery?
If you are not at home to accept delivery of your order, the courier will leave you an attempted delivery notice It will pass the following day for a new delivery attempt.
