Refund Policy

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, to exercise the right of withdrawal it will be sufficient to communicate this intention, within 14 working days from receipt of the goods.

To exchange or return you can:

- request a refund / discount voucher for the value of the items:

  • - by sending an e-mail to inquire@laei.it with order number and article that you want to return
  • - Wait for our reply and return the product intact and in its original packaging within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date you received our reply to address indicated by us.
  • -As soon as we have received the returned products and verified the requirements below *, Laei will, according to your preferences:

a) issue a voucher for the value of what you want to return net of shipping costs

or

b) reimburse the sums paid within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods, net of shipping costs using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
within 14 working days from receiving your return.

N.B. The return shipment is charged to the Customer and under his own responsibility.

Laei will not be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. We therefore recommend that you ship with TNT / FEDEX / BRT / SDA courier and with tracked and insured package.

EXCLUSION OF WITHDRAWAL

i. All products contained in the "Personalized Products" category cannot be exchanged or returned.

ii. For reasons of hygiene and safety, the earrings cannot be changed .
Laei IS NOT OBLIGED TO REFUND THE DELIVERY COSTS OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED.

* If the returned product is not compliant, i.e. not intact or not inside the original packaging, used or damaged, Laei reserves the right not to refund.
