Privacy statement ex Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

With the following privacy policy Easy Comfort Mask informs you that it considers it fundamentally important that the processing of personal data, "It's not just about the data, it's about the protections and rights of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of that data (following the "Regulation" or "GDPR") and the additional applicable rules on the protection of personal data (along with the "normative" of personal data). The Company also informs that – according to and for the effects of article. 13 of the Regulation – Your personal data will be processed through electronic and manual tools. The following information is designed to describe, in general, how the site is managed (below the "Portal") and this policy is prepared on the basis of the principle of transparency and all the elements required by the GDPR and is articulated in individual sections in order to make the reading faster, easier and easier to understand (the "Information" below).

Processed data, purpose and Legal basis

The Portal offers commercial and sometimes interactive information. During the navigation of the site, the Company will be able to acquire information about the visitor in the following ways:

Browsing data.

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Portal acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified stakeholders, but which by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow to identify users. This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the uniform resource identifier (URI) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good read , error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computing environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check that it works correctly. The data could be used to establish liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrime against the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages using the "Contact Us" service on the site and/or sending e-mail messages to the Company's address involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the request. The legal basis for this treatment is art. 6.1.b of the Rules, that is, the implementation of measures requested by the user.

Registering with the site

Registering an account involves entering some personal data that needs to bebe true and accurate. The data to be entered is clearly indicated by being marked with an asterisk, the other data is entered voluntarily and the failure to enter does not have any consequences. You are encouraged to keep this data up-to-date by logging into your personal account. The legal basis for this treatment is art. 6.1.b of the Rules, that is, the implementation of measures requested by the user. The user who chooses to activate the account via social media should be aware that the Portal may collect some data that the user has already provided to that social media (e.g. email address and public profile). The controller has no control over social media and does not establish social media privacy settings. The user must then refer to the privacy policy of the social media he uses.

Newsletters and commercial communications

You can voluntarily choose to receive newsletters and business communications. The site requires explicit and free consent before taking such promotional initiatives and can ask you for additional information in order to create personalized and more relevant communications. The user can always easily revoke his consent which is the legal basis of this treatment (art. 6.1.a of the Rules).

Trade orders

In the case of an order, the site asks you to provide personal data for the essential purpose of providing the service or asset purchased, including the after-sales phase (e.g. delivery tracking, support services, customer satisfaction) and the Portal's fraud and misuse prevention activities. The legal basis for the treatment is the fulfilment of contractual obligations (art. 6.1.b of the Rules). For payments, the site uses third-party vendors and does not store banking information belonging to you. The controller has no control over the provider of that type of service and therefore you must refer to that provider's privacy policy and terms of service.


The purpose of profiling is to propose products, services and initiatives more appropriate to the preferences, habits and interests of users. Personal data can also be used for remarkeitng, retargeting, or profiling purposes through third parties (e.g. social networks). As far as site users are concerned it is in the legitimate interest of the site to process personal data to offer more interesting and personalized services improving the performance of the site itself.


The site invites parents and anyone who watches over children to instruct them on how to treat personal data on the internet in a safe and responsible manner. Children must not transmit personal data to the site without the consent of their parents. The site undertakes not to intentionally collect the personal data of minors, not to use it in any way and not to communicate it to third parties.

Additional categories of data.

This is all that personal data provided by the visitor through the site, for example, by registering and/or accessing a reserved area and/or a service and/or participating in one of the initiatives launched by the Company, alone or in partnership with third parties, writing to an e-mail address of the Holder to request information or by phoning our telephone number to have direct contact with the Company.
