Exchange and Return

You can make an exchange or return within 14 working days from receipt of the goods.
You will have to write to us and return the product to Laei Shop, requesting a refund or a discount voucher for the value of the items.

NB: All the products contained in the "Personalized Products" and "INFINITY 925" categories cannot be exchanged or returned.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, earrings cannot be changed .
